Six Opto-Isolated DMX Outputs with RDM Enable
All six front panel 5-pin XLR outputs are optically isolated and RDM enabled, supporting bidirectional RDM communication for fixture discovery, addressing, and remote monitoring from the console. A dedicated RDM enable toggle gives operators direct control over RDM behavior per deployment. The back panel carries a 5-pin DMX input paralleled with the front panel input, plus a 5-pin DMX thru with a terminate toggle button for flexible signal routing and clean line termination.
Compact and Flexible for Touring and Fixed Install
At 1kg in a half-rack aluminium housing, the RDM 6XL is lightweight enough for truss mounting via optional clamp, keeping it positioned close to fixture groups and reducing long DMX cable runs. Locking True1 power pass-through supports daisy-chained power across multiple units. Auto-switching 100-240V input at 10W makes it compatible with both domestic and international power supplies.
