The Obsidian Netron DMX10-5 is a rackmount 1RU 10-port DMX splitter designed for touring productions and installed systems that need reliable, high-port-count DMX distribution without the complexity of a full Ethernet gateway. With dual 5-pin XLR A/B inputs and 10 opto-isolated 5-pin XLR outputs, it provides clean, isolated DMX distribution to large fixture counts from a single rack unit.
Dual A/B Input with Per-Port Routing
Each of the 10 output ports is independently routable to either the A or B input via long-life toggle switches, giving operators the flexibility to distribute two separate DMX universes across different groups of outputs from a single unit. LED feedback indicators for input, output, A/B status, and power provide clear at-a-glance system status without requiring a display or software interface.
Rugged Construction for Touring and Installation
The DMX10-5 is built around a rugged metal chassis with industrial-strength powder-coated finish, designed to handle the demands of frequent touring use and permanent installation environments. At 3.31 lbs. in a standard 19-inch 1RU form factor, it integrates cleanly into any equipment rack. Power is supplied via a single rear panel True1 connector with auto-ranging 100-240V input.
