The Elation RDMX6S is a compact RDM E1.20 compliant 6-way DMX splitter designed for professional lighting applications where clean, isolated DMX distribution and RDM communication are required in a small, truss-mountable package. With six opto-isolated 5-pin DMX outputs, a 5-pin DMX loop thru with built-in termination, and powerCON input, it covers the core distribution requirements of most touring and installed DMX systems in a die-cast aluminum housing weighing just 2.1 lbs.
Six Opto-Isolated Outputs with RDM Passthrough
All six 5-pin XLR outputs are optically isolated for clean signal distribution across large fixture counts without ground loops or signal degradation. Full RDM E1.20 compliance supports bidirectional RDM communication for fixture discovery, addressing, and remote monitoring from the console. The built-in termination on the DMX loop thru output keeps the signal chain clean without requiring a separate termination plug.
Truss Mountable with Universal Power Supply
A mounting bracket for truss and clamp installation is included, allowing the RDMX6S to be positioned close to fixture groups and reduce cable runs from the splitter to individual outputs. The universal auto-switching power supply handles 100-240V input at just 3W consumption, making it compatible with international touring and efficient enough for always-on installation use.
