Elation Magma Prime: Water-Based Dry Haze Machine for Professional Events and Production
The Elation Magma Prime is a 700W water-based fazer delivering 4,000 CFM of high-volume dry haze with low fluid consumption, designed for touring productions, concerts, and events where a clean, long-hang atmospheric effect is needed without the residue and visibility concerns of oil-based haze. Advanced HPA (high pressure air) pump technology reduces the risk of heater clogging that affects conventional fazer designs, while a sealed fluid reservoir and external visual fluid level detection simplify on-site fluid management.
High Output with Low Fluid Consumption
At 4,000 CFM maximum output from a 0.345-gallon fluid reservoir consuming just 0.115 oz per minute, the Magma Prime delivers extended runtime between fluid refills compared to higher-consumption machines of similar output. Thermally protected heat exchange and advanced HPA pump technology work together to maintain consistent output quality throughout extended show runs without degradation.
Flexible Control with Optional Wireless
Three DMX channel modes covering 1, 3, and 5-channel configurations, DMX-512, and RDM protocol support provide full console integration. An onboard LCD touch control panel handles standalone operation and configuration directly on the unit. Optional MAGFLY wireless DMX transceiver and optional MAGRF wireless and wired remotes add further flexibility for productions where running DMX to the hazer position is impractical. Ready time is approximately 6 minutes from cold start.

At 22.48 lbs in a compact 13.3 x 6.3 x 15.7-inch aluminum housing with a built-in carry handle, the Magma Prime is lightweight enough for a single crew member to position and reposition quickly. IP65 True1 power input and locking 5-pin XLR DMX in/out complete the connectivity.
