Chauvet Ovation E-260WW: 230W Warm White LED Ellipsoidal for Theatre and Live Events
The Chauvet Ovation E-260WW is a single-source 230W warm white LED ellipsoidal delivering output that exceeds a 750W tungsten source at 3,149K with exceptionally smooth dimming from full to black. Designed for theatre, houses of worship, corporate events, and any application where a warm, natural ERS-style field with accurate gobo projection is required, it combines the efficiency and longevity of LED with the optical quality and dimming behavior that conventional ellipsoidal users expect.
Warm Tungsten-Like Output with Superior Dimming
The single 230W WW LED source at 3,149K produces a flat, even field ideal for gobo projection and face lighting, with electronic dimming that curves smoothly to the very bottom of the range without the color shift or flicker that affects lesser LED sources. Four built-in dimming modes cover different dimming curve preferences, and selectable PWM frequencies at 600, 1,200, 2,000, 4,000, and 25,000Hz address camera flicker for broadcast and film applications. Strobe rate runs from 0 to 30Hz with electronic shutter and strobe control.
Efficient Power Linking for Large Rigs
At 225W draw on 120V, the E-260WW supports power linking of up to 6 units at 120V, 10 units at 208V, or 12 units at 230V from a single circuit, making it highly efficient for large conventional lighting rigs where circuit count is a limiting factor. Auto-ranging 100-240V input covers both domestic and international applications.
DMX and RDM Control
DMX and RDM control with 2, 3, 4, or 7 channel modes and four personalities provide flexible integration into any lighting control system. At 15.4 lbs the fixture is practical for dense overhead rigs, and the 50,000-hour LED life expectancy significantly reduces maintenance demands compared to conventional tungsten ellipsoidals.
Available Accessory
Pair the E-260WW with the Chauvet Ovation GR-1 IP gobo rotator, also available from R90, to add DMX-controlled gobo rotation without modifying the fixture.
