Chauvet Ovation CYC 1 FC: The CYC Fixture That Pulls Double Duty as a Footlight

The Chauvet Ovation CYC 1 FC is a low-profile RGBAL cyclorama wash that does its best work when nobody notices it. Convection cooled with zero fan noise, 9 lbs, and a kick stand with adjustable glare shield built in. It sits on the floor as a footlight, mounts as a cyc wash, or hangs as a low-profile top light without drawing attention to itself in any of those positions.

Six-Color Mixing With Camera-Ready Output

Sixty LEDs across red, green, blue, amber, lime, and blue channels cover a color temperature range from 2800 to 6500K with CRI 90.8 at 3200K. A Virtual Color Wheel maps popular gel colors for designers coming from conventional rigs. Adjustable PWM up to 25,000 Hz keeps it clean on camera at any frame rate. For theatre and broadcast work where color accuracy and silent operation aren’t optional, those numbers matter.

Wide, Even Field

An 81-degree horizontal by 87-degree vertical beam angle produces a wide, smooth field with superior color mixing. Power linking supports 11 units at 120V and 23 at 230V. Nine personalities covering 2 through 16 HSV channels, DMX and RDM, True1 in/out for power, XLR-5 for data.
