Chauvet Color STRIKE M: When the Strobe Section Wants to Be a Wash Too
The Color STRIKE M doesn’t ask you to choose between a strobe fixture and a color wash. Two ultra-bright cold-white tube elements handle the strobe duties at up to 30 Hz, while 432 RGB and 252 CW LEDs cover the full face in 14 pixel-mappable zones. IP65 rated, 180 degrees of tilt, and omega bracket mounting in both orientations means it goes wherever the design needs it without a conversation about weatherproofing or rigging logistics.
Numbers Worth Knowing
71,620 combined lumens. CRI 90.3. Selectable PWM at 600, 1200, 2000, 4000, 6000, and 25,000 Hz for broadcast and camera-sensitive environments where flicker is a problem before it’s a problem. Built-in alignment pins keep linear arrays straight without a tape measure and a debate.
Control That Keeps Up
Eight personalities covering 8 through 97 channels give your LD room to work at whatever resolution the show calls for. Art-Net, sACN, DMX, and RDM are all on board. Four built-in automated programs and standalone color mixing cover the installs and one-off events where a console isn’t in the budget. Data via XLR-5, power via True1.
