ChamSys MagicQ Mini Wing: Physical Playback Control for MagicQ Without the Console Price Tag
The ChamSys MagicQ Mini Wing puts real faders and buttons in front of MagicQ without requiring a dedicated console. Connect it to any Windows, OSX, or Linux computer running the free MagicQ software via USB, and your laptop becomes a fully functional MagicQ system with one direct DMX output port and 64 universes available over Art-Net and sACN. For theaters, clubs, installs, and touring acts running MagicQ on a laptop, the Mini Wing is the piece that makes that setup feel like a console rather than a workaround.
What It Is and What It Isn’t
The Mini Wing provides physical playback control for MagicQ shows. It requires a computer to function and is not a standalone console. It also does not function as an additional fader wing for expanding an existing MagicQ console setup. If you need extra faders and flash buttons alongside an existing system, the ChamSys Compact Wing is the right tool for that application.
Output and Connectivity
One direct DMX output port handles local universe output. Sixty-four universes are available via Art-Net and sACN over Ethernet for larger rigs. USB connection handles both power and data. 120V power supply included.
