Astera NYX Bulb E26: Wireless RGBMA LED Color Bulb for Film, Stage, and Event Production
The Astera NYX Bulb E26 is a professional wireless color-tunable LED bulb designed for film, stage, and event productions where a standard lamp socket position needs full color control without visible cabling or special fixtures. No bigger than a conventional household bulb at 2.76 inches wide and 5.12 inches tall, it screws into any standard E26 lamp socket and delivers 750 lumens of RGBMA output with a CRI and TLCI of 96 or greater across the full 3,200K to 6,500K white range.
Titan LED Engine with Ultra-High CRI
The 5-color RGBMA Titan LED engine produces precise, accurate colors and white tones with CRI and TLCI both rated at 96 or higher, making it suitable for broadcast, film, and any application where color fidelity under camera is critical. Strobe capability up to 25Hz and a 120-degree beam angle with 180-degree field angle round out the optical performance.
Wireless Control via CRMX, UHF, and Bluetooth
The NYX Bulb supports wireless DMX via CRMX with a range of 100 meters, UHF wireless at 100 meters, and Bluetooth at 3 meters for close-range programming. For productions deploying multiple NYX Bulbs across a larger system, the ART7 AsteraBox provides CRMX wireless DMX transmission from any standard DMX controller, allowing the bulbs to be integrated into a full production rig without dedicated Astera hardware at every position. The AsteraApp connects via Bluetooth to set DMX addresses, colors, effects, and brightness, with settings stored in the bulb’s onboard memory so it continues to perform after the app disconnects. The bulb accepts AC power from 100 to 120V via the lamp socket or DC power from 5 to 18V at 2.1A via DC socket, making it compatible with standard power banks for completely cable-free deployment.
