R90 Lighting is Seattle’s concert and event lighting rental house serving the Pacific Northwest. If your tour is coming through the region and you need to sub off a package, fill a gap, or build out a full rig locally, we’ve got the inventory and the experience to make it work.

We’ve been doing this for a long time. Our inventory runs on concert stages, festival grounds, and corporate productions across the Pacific Northwest. We’re an authorized dealer for the major entertainment lighting manufacturers, so the brands your LD already has programmed are the ones in our racks. No surprises, no substitutions you didn’t agree to.

We stock waterproof moving heads, wireless battery uplights, LED wash and par fixtures, haze and fog machines, power distros, staging, rigging motors and truss, and more. If it’s in our inventory, it’s available to rent!

How It Works

Connect

Contact us with your advance and rider. We’ll confirm availability and put together a quote. Early contact gets you better options.

Confirm

We’ll stage your package and have it ready for your advance window. Paperwork handled before you hit town.

Pick Up or Deliver

Pull from our Seattle shop or ask about delivery to your venue. We know the rooms.

Return

Drop everything back the next business day after your event. If your event is on a weekend, that’s Monday.

Gear comes back clean and accounted for.

A Few Things Worth Knowing
  • Availability varies by date and current bookings. Contact us early. The further out you are, the better your options.
  • We can work with your existing rider. If you need something we don’t stock, we’ll tell you straight rather than substitute without asking.
  • Delivery and advance support can be arranged with notice. Shop pickup is available at our Seattle location.
  • We’re not going to upsell you into gear you don’t need. If something on your list is more complicated than it looks, we’ll flag it.

Please note that we require most of our inventory to ship in their flight cases. Please plan accordingly when opting to provide your own transportation. Please note Customer Collecting and Customer Returning options only available M-F 9am-5pm.

Indicate whether or not you will be requiring labor for your event or if it is a dry rental. 1st lighting tech starts at $1,100 for 2x 5-Hour minimums (load in/load out).
