R90 Lighting’s full rental inventory is available for dry hire. Pick it up, set it up, bring it back. The same professional equipment we run on concert stages and festival grounds, available for your event.

 Whether you’re a production company filling a gap in your inventory, an AV tech who just needs a few more fixtures, or someone who’s watched enough YouTube to be dangerous, dry hire from R90 gets you access to professional-grade lighting without the crew cost.
We stock waterproof moving heads, wireless battery uplights, LED wash and par fixtures, haze and fog machines, power distros, staging, rigging motors and truss, and more. If it’s in our inventory, it’s available to rent!
How It Works
Reserve
Contact us at least a day before your event. Call and select the ‘rentals’ extension, email, or use the rental request form at the bottom of this page.
Tell us what you need and when!
Pick Up
Swing by our shop at 5900 4th Ave S, Seattle. We’ll have your order staged and ready.
Standard pickup is the day before your event.
Do Your Thing
Set up, run your show, tear it down.
You’re in charge.
Return
Drop everything back the next business day after your event. If your event is on a weekend, that’s Monday.
Gear comes back clean and accounted for.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
- Same-day orders are doable depending on order size and current availability. Call us and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
- We can deliver and retrieve gear for an additional fee if loading a van isn’t part of your plan.
- Weekend and after-hours pickups and returns can be accommodated with advance notice. A shop opening fee applies.
- Not sure if you’re biting off more than you can chew? Give us a call. We’re not going to upsell you into a full crew if you don’t need one, but we will tell you honestly if a piece of gear is more complicated than it looks.
