R90 Lighting was asked back once again to provide the Halloween illumination for all three stages at Insomiac’s BOO Festival 2025. Designing all three stages once again was Erik Mahowald / Bending Lite Productions. Erik’s designs rarely disappoint and this year was no exception and we were thrilled to get to work along side him again for this event. All three stages were decked out in a wide assortment of our inventory.
Overseeing the entire multi-stage build was senior project manager, Rachid Schultz. The The Grand Hall / Main Stage build was lead by the always impressive Maryalice Weed, who was assisted by Kimmy Hartman, Colin Bronson, and Krisjanis Lusis. Stage 2 AKA The Basement was headed up by the talented Jessika Palmer who was seconded by Eugene Cognoman and assisted by Adam Simer. Stage 3, The Corridor was lead by Dwight Upton-Francis with assistance from Bill Fischer. The gear list for each stage consisted of:

Additionally, R90 Lighting provided the site lighting. Our rugged site lighting team was fronted by Sawyer Moe with assistance from Mary Hall and Nicole Sageman. Their equipment consisted of Elation KL Fresnel FC, Elation Paladin Panel, Elation Sixpar 200IP, Astera AX5, Chauvet Ovation E-910FC, ADJ Encore LP7IP Par, and Enbrighten Cafe Stringers.
